Noah brings more than two decades of buy-side and sell-side experience at the intersection of macroeconomics and US equity markets. His work focuses on translating macro regimes, policy dynamics, and risk pricing into actionable equity insights.
Before joining BCA, Noah was a Managing Director at PGIM, where he led research on strategic asset allocation and macroeconomic linkages. He previously served as Chief US Portfolio Strategist at AllianceBernstein and held senior roles in Goldman Sach’s Global Investment Research Equity Trading Strategy and Global Macro & Markets groups. Earlier in his career, he was a Staff Economist at the White House Council of Economic Advisers.
Noah holds a PhD in Economics from Harvard University and a BA in Mathematics from Yeshiva University.
