Career Path Highlight

I started at BCA, joining the Sales Operations team. Over the years I have also assumed the responsibilities of Executive Assistant for the CEO and Head of Administrative Services. Syncing up studies with career development goals, I decided to “hit the books” pursuing HR Management at McGill, studies which were reimbursed by BCA. With that, I had everything in hand to seize an opportunity to join the HR team, where I’ve happily been since 2022. My professional journey at BCA shows how the company is all about helping and developing employees, being adaptable and commit to continuous learning.
