Mary-Catherine Lader is the Founder and CEO of Native Markets, a company founded this year to build a better dollar for the Hyperliquid blockchain. Previously, she was President and COO of Uniswap Labs where she helped scale Ethereum's largest DeFi protocol to a $1.7b valuation, 150 people, and profitability. She was a critical advocate for pro-innovation, American-led DeFi regulation.

Before working at Uniswap Labs, she launched and led multiple new businesses at BlackRock, including founding its digital assets working group and sustainable investing platforms. Mary-Catherine started her career as an investor in the Special Situations Group of Goldman Sachs, and she holds a J.D. and M.B.A. from Harvard University and a B.A. from Brown University.
