Dennis Metcalfe
Senior Vice President, Sales Operations
Dennis Metcalfe is Senior Vice President – Sales Operations – (BCA Research & Ned Davis Research) and a member of BCA’s Executive Committee. He has been with BCA since 1994, originally joining to manage the circulation department and extensive direct mail program. He was instrumental in helping BCA shift from a direct marketing to direct sales driven organization in the early 2000s, developing the tools and processes needed by the new direct sales team. Dennis currently manages back-office functions supporting the global sales team which include CRM/client data, business intelligence reporting and data entry and spends time travelling to BCA’s global sales offices in support of the sales staff. He recently assumed responsibility for the sales operations function at NDR and is in the process of integrating these functions for the two firms. From August 2018 until April 2019, Dennis acted as interim Sales Director for BCA’s EMEA sales team based in London. Prior to BCA Dennis worked as Circulation Manager for a chain of newspapers in Quebec.
