Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data Disable > 'Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows'
Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data on close > Deactivate 'Cookies and other site data'
Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies & Site Data > Uncheck 'Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed'
Preferences > Privacy > Block all cookies
