Sonia Chevrier

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Sonia Renon-Chevrier joined BCA Research in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Reporting to the CEO, Sonia oversees the human resources strategy, including operations related to HR governance and talent management (attraction, development, engagement, retention and compensation). She is a member of the BCA executive committee and the Senior Management Group of Delinian. Prior to BCA Research, Sonia was the Vice President of Human Resources for Intelcom Group, where she built out the HR service and strategy to support an exclusive delivery partnership with Amazon. Prior to Intelcom Group, Sonia was the Human Resources Director for Sephora Canada (LVMH Group), where she led the talent acquisition and retention strategy to help drive major expansion efforts and respond to increased market competition from an international luxury retailer. Sonia has also worked with major Canadian retailers, and she began her career as an organizational psychologist and HR consultant with Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton. She is a Quebec Human Resources Certified Professional and certified organizational psychologist.
